TikTok has also announced the 2025 SOAR Together initiative, a Black-owned business accelerator program in collaboration with Black Girl Ventures.

Meta laid off about 5% of its workforce last week, supposedly low-performing employees, but many of these folks exceeded expectations and even got raises and promotions right before being terminated.
